What's new
- CREAM can be optionally configured to use ARGUS as authorization system.

Deployment notes
- Yaim (re)configuration is required after installation/update
- New yaim variable SANDBOX_TRANSFER_METHOD_BETWEEN_CE_WN. If the value for this variable is GSIFTP, the transfer of sandbox files between the CE node and the WN is done using gridftp. If instead the value for this variable is LRMS, such file transfer is done using the batch system staging capabilities. Default value: GSIFTP
- New yaim variable USE_ARGUS : If the value for this variable is yes, ARGUS is used as authorization system for the CREAM CE. If instead the value for this variable is no, the old authorization systems (i.e. gJAF, LCAS, LCMAPS) are used
