• This version of the LCMAPS-plugins-c-pep introduces the following improvements:
• Can build against and work with Argus 1.3.
• Can build against OpenSSL 1.0

Known issues

• This version of the C-PEP plugin needs doesn't support the reading of a user proxy file when the user proxy file is located on a root squashed file system, e.g. NFS home directory in a root squashed setup. This is mentioned in GGUS ticket #69332. Version 1.1.4 of this plugin is tested to solve the problem.
