Last Updated 26.10.2007: Clarify site resource offers as real percentage of requirements and as 'desired' percentages when normalised to 100% of ALICE requirements.

Updated 05.10.2007: Add new 2008 Tier-1 pledge percentages (normalised to 100%) and Full Scale Dress Rehearsal (FDR) plans for end 2007/early 2008.

Export rate from CERN to reach 100 MB/s will be 11 MB/s to CNAF, 14 MB/s to IN2P3, 39 MB/s to FZK, 1.5 MB/s to RAL, 3.5 MB/s to NIKHEF, 18 MB/s to NDGF and 11 MB/s to US.
