QSELEP : Lepton Identification for Heavy Flavours

QSELEP is a general lepton identification package for Heavy Flavour Physics. The corresponding physics results are described in the paper:

`` Heavy quark tagging with leptons in the ALEPH detector ''

Nucl. Instr. Meth. A 346 ( 1994 ) pp 461 - 475.

QSELEP is built basically from the LEPTAG package (note ALEPH 92-101 / PHYSICS 92-090) written by Mark Parsons , adapted to ALPHA by Ingrid Ten Have and M-N Minard in November 1994. However it contains also most features of HEVLEP, the physics results and properties of which are described in detail in the note ALEPH 94-055 / PHYSIC 94-049. Due to technical reasons, the CALPOIDS package, auxiliary to HEVLEP, is not included into QSELEP and is still on UPHY.

The Monte-Carlo part of QSELEP: QTRUTH, is described in the next section (12.12).
