New EDIR classes from QSELEP

When an output file is written in an ALPHA job which called QSELEP , two new EDIR classes are defined on the output class word in bank REVH

Class 27 : Electron selected ( Rt $\geq$ - 3. , -3. $\leq$ Rl $\leq$ 3. )

Class 28 : Muon selected ( QMUIDO flag = 13 or 14 )

Events with these EDIR classes may be accessed directly through the standard CLAS data card ( 4.1.5 on p.   ) when reading a MINI version $\geq$ 10 .
